We ship orders nationwide delivered at doorstep, It depends on where you are. All orders processed through from Monday-Saturday will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, AND HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

We are sorry to hear that our product did not work out for you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 07 days after receiving your order. Once you ship your return package, please notify us with the tracking number. Please note: Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are non-refundable. 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 2 hours of being placed. Please write an email to beautystorespk@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +92 325 155 2555 within 2 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order may already be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or cancelled the following business day. 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If your products arrive damaged due to the shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately by writing an email at beautystorespk@gmail.com. The shipping provider will inspect the package and pick up the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced.
