Put the tin in the wax heater. Melta the wax by positioning the heater's temperature indicator maximum ( 120'c ). When the wax reaches honey-like consistency check its temperature on the hand to avoid any burn. It is advisable to adjust the temperature indicator of the heater to the working temperature indicator of the heater to the working temperature of around 60'c. Proceed with the wax, apply a coat of wax in the direction of hair growth. Apply wax to cool on the skin, hold skin tightly, pull the wax off with one quick motion in the opposite direction of hair growth. ( never use strip or pull upwards ).

We are sorry to hear that our product did not work out for you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 07 days after receiving your order. Once you ship your return package, please notify us with the tracking number. Please note: Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are non-refundable. 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 2 hours of being placed. Please write an email to beautystorespk@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +92 325 155 2555 within 2 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order may already be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or cancelled the following business day. 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If your products arrive damaged due to the shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately by writing an email at beautystorespk@gmail.com. The shipping provider will inspect the package and pick up the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced.
